SIZEIT! LICENSE AND PRIVACY AGREEMENT
The SIZEIT! quarter-turn valve sizing software (the SIZEIT! software) helps you size most standard Vanessa Rotary Process Valves and Keystone Butterfly Valves.  Proper care is required by you to ensure that the SIZEIT! software is being utilized to size only Vanessa Rotary Process Valves or Keystone Butterfly Valves that are applicable for the SIZEIT! software.  
THIS SOFTWARE IS NOT INTENDED AS A PRODUCT CONFIGURATOR TOOL.  NO CONTROLS HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED TO ASSIST THE USER OF THIS TOOL IN PRODUCT SELECTION.  INPUT PROCESS DATA, INCLUDING PRESSURE, TEMPERATURE AND FLUID TYPE, MUST BE CAREFULLY CHECKED BY THE USER FOR COMPATIBILITY WITH THE VALVE DATA SELECTION, INCLUDING THE TYPE OF PRODUCT, VALVE BODY RATING, TRIM RESISTANCE, MATERIAL, AND ALL OTHER CRITICAL PARAMETERS.

The SIZEIT! software’s algorithms, calculations, codes / standards used, features, and products referenced are subject to constant change. If you are using the download version it is expected that you will regularly check for updates of this program to keep it current.  If your computer is connected to the Internet the program will check for updates when the program is launched.  Alternatively, you can contact the company’s representative.
DRAWINGS - Any drawings submitted herewith are agnostic in nature and only to show the general style, arrangement, and approximate dimensions of the products offered.  No work is to be based on drawings unless the drawings are certified.  In no event will manufacturing drawings, proprietary drawings, or drawings requiring any export license / authorization be supplied.
You are prohibited from modifying, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the SIZEIT! software, and from creating derivative works based on the SIZEIT! software.
This SIZEIT! software program will not be used for or in association with any purpose that violates export law of any country.  EASFC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES,  EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE PROGRAM, THE USE OF THE RESULTS, INFORMATION SET FORTH HEREIN OR THE PRODUCT(S) TO WHICH THE INFORMATION REFERS. Privacy Notice:  EASFC is committed to protecting any personal information that you may provide to us. Further, EASFC recognizes the importance of informing you how we treat information about you that we may receive from this Site.  In general, you must have an established username and password in order to download software from the Sizing Website. Our servers may collect the domain names, e-mail addresses, and first and last names of visitors. In addition, there are portions of the Sizing Website where we may need to collect personal information from you for a specific purpose, such as to provide you with certain information you request. The information collected from you may include your name, address, telephone, fax number, or e-mail address. You may refuse any request for personal information.  All web site registration information is stored on a secure server unavailable to anyone outside of EASFC. We may use this information for statistical, demographic, marketing and/or transaction purposes, and to better understand the make-up of our customer base so we can improve our services consistent with our visitors' interests. We may also use it to contact EASFC web site visitors occasionally to ensure their satisfaction with EASFC products and services, and to notify them about important and timely information and features related to the Web service or EASFC products.
None of the web site registration information is ever provided to third-party organizations in other than aggregate statistical form. The information is regarded and treated by EASFC as confidential business information for its internal use only. We monitor traffic patterns on our Web sites, but only to the extent appropriate to help us achieve our goal of providing a site that meets or exceeds the needs of our customers. We use cookies only to implement the site security features, which enables visitors to visit the Web site pages without re-entering their Logon Name and Password.  The SIZEIT! software requires registration to use the program. This feature is only used internally to track the people using the program for the sole purpose of notification in the event there is an important update. This information is treated as confidential business information for internal use only and it will not be sold to any third parties for any reason. Additionally, some other specific information is captured during the registration process that gives us more information about your computer configuration. This data is collected so that we can better understand our customers working environment so that we can cater our development towards the most common screen resolutions, language settings, etc. This information is only regarding user settings and visualization settings such as screen resolution, DPI, language, localization settings, and font size. In the event of a support call for help with this program we may elect to review your registration settings with our development team and software development contractors to resolve your issue and replicate your environment. The SIZEIT! software also contains a feature by which the user can elect to send a “bug report” or “suggestion” to EASFC from within the program.  If the user elects to do this, selected information will be passed to EASFC and kept in a software “issues” database.
The SIZEIT! software also contains a feature by which the program will check for updates to the program each time the software is launched.  In order to do this, the program makes a connection to EASFC’s sizing server to download a file that describes available updates.  The user's IP address is read in order to enable this update download.
